About the Activity

Children will navigate into Yoga, mindfulness, and growth mindset skills. The idea is for them to become aware of themselves and their environment. In each activity, we will build these concepts through a specific yoga sequence, different breathing techniques, games, a creative activity, and a special visualization to end the class.
