Join me at the very first Yoga Class on ZoomerCamps!

This activity offers a fun, energetic, and highly interactive time, providing a safe and supportive space for children who need and love to move. We will be practicing different active yoga sequences combined with breathing techniques to support their exercise, lots of balancing poses, and games to build up a sense of friendship.
